Please read carefully before purchasing

Please do not purchase this plan if you are pregnant, recently given birth or have a medical condition that may mean this type of exercise could be dangerous to your health. When added to my app, you will be required to fill in a mandatory health PARQ form - What’s this?

The programmes are designed to build strength and improve body composition, it is not specifically a weight loss programme. The programmes include exercises that use parallettes which could be dangerous for someone weighing over 85kg.

After purchasing, I will send your equipment to the shipping address you provide. Please allow up to 5 working days, once it has delivered, I'll add you to my coaching app and assign you your programme so that you can get started. If you choose the subscription without equipment, you'll be added ASAP up to 48 hours after purchase.

There is a minimum sign up of 3 months, due to each programme length, it ensures that you get the most out of the service. You must give me 1 months cancellation notice via message through the app.
Equipment

I source the equipment myself so I order this as I predict sign ups, there may be rare times where I under-predict sign ups so may need to order more, please allow me extra time for delivering your equipment but be assured I’ll be doing this as quickly as possible. If this happens, I will assign you some no-equipment workouts to get started with until they arrive.

The equipment provided to you has been carefully chosen and tested by myself first to ensure safety, however, I am not responsible or liable for any faults or breakages with the manufacture of this equipment. Please attempt new exercises carefully, get someone to assist or spot if you need it. If your equipment does break, please send me a photo of the broken equipment and I will send you a replacement.

If you have some of the equipment already, please state which pieces at the payment page. All equipment except the bag and journal is needed to complete the programmes.

If you loose a piece of the equipment, you will have one complimentary replacement. You will then have to pay for any further losses.

There is an option to subscribe without the equipment and wellness days.
Wellness days
-
All wellness events will currently take place in London/Surrey - UK.

They will be held on weekends only to ensure a majority of availability amongst the group.

If you book yourself onto an event and miss it, you won’t be able to attend the next.

If you cannot make the events, you will not be reimbursed. If you join the programme over half way through the month, you will not be able to join in on that months’ event.

There is an option to subscribe without the wellness days. Choose this option if you don't live in the area or think you won't be able to attend.

Which level is right for me to begin?
Beginner
3 days a week
(gym/ home or both)
Choose this programme if you have little to no experience with training, the programme is designed to build your fundamental strength.
Intermediate
4 days a week
(gym/ home or both)
Choose this programme if you have a fair amount of training experience (6 month-2 years) and are close towards getting your first pull up, push up and tricep dip.
Intermediate plus
4 days a week
(gym only)
Choose this programme if you can do 1-5 pull ups, tricep dips, and push ups. This programme will help you to get specifically more reps of these skills whilst building your strength to follow on to the advanced programme.
Advanced
5 days a week
(gym only)
Choose this programme if you train frequently and can do at least 10 pull ups, tricep dips, and push ups. This programme will help you to get specifically more reps of these skills whilst building your strength to get your first muscle up… please be patient, as these difficult skills may take longer to master.
Once you have completed a programme and you've achieved what you need to for the next level, you'll be assigned the new level. If you haven’t got to the next level yet, you'll get a brand new programme for the current level which you'll work through until you reach the next level. Don't worry if you don't progress to the next level straight away, we all have different starting points. Just enjoy the journey!
I am a qualified personal trainer and have done my very best to use my own experiences, client results and knowledge to help you achieve your goals through designing these programmes.
Whether you choose the home or gym version, please be assured that I have personally designed all of these programmes to safely progress you, no matter your level. Please exercise carefully and enjoy the journey, all I ask from you is to give consistency and your best efforts!
